This special lady embodies the spirit of our League. She is a source of light for all our members; constantly inspiring and empowering everyone to learn and grow with the League. The winner is announced at our last General Member Meeting of the year.

Amie Story has been honored with the Inspiring Leader Award, recognizing her passion for helping others become great leaders and how she embodies the true meaning of “lead by example.” Whether it’s a mother in need, a member looking for help, or a League shift needing to be filled, Amie is there with a helping hand. Her unwavering dedication and insurmountable contributions make her truly inspiring!

Since joining the JLDB in 2015, Amie has served as the Done in a Day Committee Chair; Community Director-Elect; Nominating Chair; Digital Administration Chair; Placement Team Advisor; Community VP/Director; member of the Project Development, Bylaws and Policies, and Strategic Plan Ad Hoc committees; President-Elect and President of the 2023-2024 Year … and she’s not finished yet as she gets ready to serve as Sponsorships Chair.
