As the third webinar in our three-part series, we are hosting a session for Every Woman. All Things. Join Mental Health America for a timely discussion focused on mental health-informed leadership, closing the loop on League work and staying focused as the League year comes to an end.
We often arrive at new beginnings feeling depleted and burnt out. Let’s redefine what it means to finish strong. We will explore how to release the heavy weight of perfectionism, celebrate the “messy middle” of our progress, and intentionally clear mental and emotional space for fresh starts. By quieting the inner critic, we make room for the quiet, expansive dreaming required for our next chapter and beyond. Walk away with practical strategies you can use immediately, for yourself and with others.
Registration Note: Training Sessions are structured, content-rich programs led by staff or subject matter experts. Come ready to absorb new knowledge, take notes, and walk away with practical tools and resources. Most are recorded for you to revisit later.
