AJLI CEO Melanie Schild will be joined by Lean In Programs Manager, Yesenia Nuñez Nelson, for a brief conversation about the importance of mentorship and sponsorship for women in the workplace. We will also highlight the updated Spring 2026 Cohort of Lean In Circles and what you can expect from the changes implemented based on feedback from the 2023 and 2024 Cohorts. This session will be led by Lean In’s Yesenia Nuñez Nelson. Yesenia leads global program growth at Lean In, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to build inclusive workplace cultures. She manages the expansion of Lean In Circles worldwide and supports organizations in embedding equity and belonging into their core culture. With a background in partnership development and program operations, Yesenia is passionate about using community-driven change to create workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
