Congratulations to our 2023-2024 Sustaining Member of the Year:

This woman stepped out of semi-retirement to focus on league membership and marketing, while also helping to preserve the history of the JLDB.

Emily Davila has been honored with the Sustainer of the Year award, recognizing her exceptional contributions and active involvement. Transferring her membership from the Junior League of Panama City in 2022, Emily has quickly become an invaluable member of our League.

Despite no requirement to serve on a committee as a Sustainer, Emily enthusiastically joined the Sweetheart Ball committee. She played a pivotal role as the venue and volunteer coordinator for the 2024 Sweetheart Ball, our largest fundraising event of the year. Emily’s dedication was evident through her attendance at meetings, scheduling of walkthroughs and tastings, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the event’s success.

Emily’s contributions and dedication make her a deserving recipient of the Sustainer of the Year award. We deeply appreciate her active involvement and the positive impact she has made on our League.
